The Role
As our HR Advisor, you will be the backbone of our HR operations—managing day‑to‑day HR processes, providing first-line advice, supporting Workday queries, and helping deliver people initiatives across the business.
You will:
Manage the employee lifecycle end-to-end: onboarding, induction, probation, offboarding
Provide high-quality HR administrative support and prepare contracts, letters & documentation
Deliver first-line advice on HR policies and procedures
Monitor and action the HR inbox
Maintain accurate HR data and records within Workday
Act as the first point of contact for Workday queries and support the implementation project
Contribute to monthly HR reporting and insights
Provide backup support to payroll when required
Support recruitment activities (screening, reference checks, updating JDs etc)

We’re looking for someone with:
Skills & Experience
1–2 years HR experience in a fast‑paced environment
Financial services experience (preferred but not essential)
