  • Conducting commercially sound cost-benefit assessments on recovery strategies

About you

  • Experience in Asset Finance or Auto Loan collections, with exposure to mid to late-stage arrears and recovery processes

  • Experience managing repossession, termination, enforcement and secured asset recovery

  • Exposure to novated lease structures, salary packaging arrangements or employer-linked finance will be highly regarded

  • Ability to manage relationships with introducers, brokers or third-party administrators

  • Strong understanding of consumer credit legislation and regulatory obligations

  • Demonstrated ability to assess recovery strategies and make sound commercial decisions

  • Confident handling complex and sensitive customer conversations

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external parties

  • High attention to detail with strong organisational capability

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to operate effectively in a structured, regulated and fast-paced environment
