About the role

 We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Wholesale Manager to join our Sales & Distribution team and play a pivotal role in shaping Resimac’s secured business and commercial lending offering.

Reporting to the General Manager - Sales & Distribution, this role oversees the expansion of wholesale partners, development of wholesale product lines, and the successful performance of day-to-day wholesale operations.

You’ll work closely with internal teams Product, Credit, Finance, Operations, Treasury, Compliance, Sales as well as external wholesale partners and legal advisers. With an existing portfolio of accounts and significant market growth opportunities, this is a high-impact role offering scope to shape strategy, drive commercial outcomes, and expand the wholesale lending footprint.

Key responsibilities

  • Onboard new wholesale partners, coordinating term sheets, legal documentation, and approvals.
  • Manage and grow the wholesale portfolio, ensuring strong partner relationships and delivering on volume, NIM, and arrears targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day wholesale operations including variations, arrears, annual reviews, and loan administration.
  • Identify and pursue new wholesale funding opportunities to expand the portfolio.
  • Review and approve facility documentation and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor product performance and competitor activity, recommending improvements to processes, pricing, and strategy.
  • Strengthen operational workflows by improving procedures, enabling scalability, and driving automation and digitisation.
  • Contribute to RAF strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Credit, Finance, Treasury, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members with dotted-line oversight of Product Analysts and Operations Support.


About you

We’re looking for a commercially minded wholesale lending professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.

  • 5+ years in finance, asset finance, wholesale lending, structured lending, or private lending.
  • Strong background in secured business lending, with the ability to structure complex deals and workshop scenarios effectively.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining strong partner and stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated understanding of credit risk across business and consumer financial products.
  • Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and confidently.
  • Experience navigating legislative and regulatory frameworks including NCCP, PPSR, AML/CTF and Privacy Act.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
