About the role
We’re looking for a proactive Broker Support Officer to join our Asset Finance team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Business Development Managers and Brokers to ensure a seamless experience from enquiry to settlement.
Reporting to the Broker Support Manager, you’ll coordinate deal flow end-to-end, maintain clear communication, and help deliver timely, high-quality outcomes. You’ll also assisting with broker portal training, and building strong relationships that drive growth and loyalty.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge of asset finance while developing skills across sales operations, relationship management, and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Support Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Associates (BDAs) with day-to-day activities.
- Manage deal flow and communication to ensure a smooth broker experience.
- Provide technical and product support, including scenario assistance and training on systems and policies.
- Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Settlements to progress applications efficiently.
- Ensure the team meet service standards through proactive follow-up and communication.
- Build strong relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist BDMs with admin tasks to maximise time in the field.
- Share insights to competitor activity to enhance market position.
- Support marketing and communication initiatives for new and existing products.

- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and a collaborative team player.
- Experience in financial services, ideally within asset finance or broker support is highly preferred by not required to apply
