About the role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, broker engagement, and business growth. You will be actively involved in executing marketing campaigns, creating impactful communications, managing social media content, and supporting the planning and delivery of events.

This role offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to key marketing efforts while collaborating with diverse teams. This role would suit an experienced Marketing Assistant looking to take the next step or a Marketing Coordinator looking to find their next opportunity. 

 

 What you’ll be doing

  • Assist in the development and delivery of targeted marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and business acquisition from brokers.
  • Assist in planning and delivering industry events in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Distribution teams.
  • Provide essential marketing tools and materials (presentations, collateral, and content) to support Distribution teams in engaging brokers effectively.
  • Develop, proofread, and sub-edit compelling broker, customer, and internal communications to ensure clarity and brand consistency.
  • Support the execution of trade media strategies, including coordinating advertising and editorial placements.
  • Contribute to the creation and management of website and social media content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Coordinate industry award submissions, ensuring content is well-structured and impactful.

  • You have experience in a similar marketing role, with a sound understanding of marketing principles.

  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail

  • You take initiative and solve problems with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable wearing multiple hats
  • You work well both independently and as part of a team, bringing a proactive and assertive approach to your work.

Bonus Skills (Desirable, but not essential)

  • Understanding of the mortgage industry
  • Experience in supporting or managing events.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, and Google Analytics.
