About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Trust Management, you will play a key support role within Resimac's Group Treasury function. Working closely with the Trust Management and Transaction teams, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely trust reporting, waterfall calculations and compliance oversight across Resimac's securitisation trusts.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in securitisation or structured finance who is looking to deepen their expertise within a well-established non-bank lender.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver waterfall calculations and trust reports to all internal and external stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assist with ongoing compliance across all trusts, including warehouse renewals, monitoring pool parameters, eligibility limits, financial reports and clean-up calls
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team to deliver required outcomes on all trust-related matters
  • Support Manila-based resources to ensure accuracy and timeliness of output
  • Contribute to the firm's digitalisation initiatives as part of a broader Treasury team effort
  • Assist other team members with Treasury functions on an ad hoc basis
  • Maintain and update policy and procedure documents for existing and new tasks and responsibilities

 

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in a securitisation, trust or SPV environment
  • Sound understanding of the securitisation market and structured finance
  • Proven ability to liaise with and deliver to both internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a small, goal-oriented environment
